The Playmaker Project, a California corporation doing business as Wired2Win ("we," "us," or "our"), operates rewirenervoussystem.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Name, email address, mobile phone number, sport and competitive level, and anything else you enter in an application or contact form.
- Communication records. Emails, text messages, call notes, and scheduling details created when we correspond with you.
- Payment information. Processed by our third party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Usage information. IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar analytics data collected through cookies and comparable technologies.
How we use your information
- To review your application and determine program fit.
- To contact you about your application, schedule calls, and deliver the program you enroll in.
- To send service and account messages by email and, where you have opted in, by text message.
- To process payments and maintain business records.
- To improve the site and our programs, and to comply with legal obligations.
Text messaging and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box, you consent to receive text messages from Wired2Win at that number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP or emailing memberservices@rewirenervoussystem.com. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Full details are in our SMS terms and conditions.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who operate our business on our behalf — customer relationship and messaging platforms, email providers, payment processors, scheduling tools, and analytics providers — and only to the extent needed to perform those services.
- Legal and safety recipients where disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are excluded from all of the above except support subcontractors, as stated in the box above.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember preferences, and measure traffic. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; some site features may not work if you do.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, accounting, and reporting requirements. SMS consent records are retained for the period required by carrier and regulatory rules.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message.
- Stop text messages by replying STOP to any message from us.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing memberservices@rewirenervoussystem.com.
- Residents of California, and of other states with comparable laws, may have additional rights including the right to know what information we collect and to opt out of any sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information.
Children
Our programs are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Athletes under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the application and provide consent, including consent to receive text messages. If you believe a minor has given us information without that consent, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
