These terms govern your use of rewirenervoussystem.com and any program provided by The Playmaker Project, a California corporation doing business as Wired2Win. By using the site or enrolling in a program, you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enter into an agreement with us. Athletes under 18 may participate only with a parent or legal guardian who applies on their behalf, accepts these terms, and supervises participation.

Our programs

Wired2Win provides performance education, coaching, and training programs. Access is selective and offered at our discretion following an application review. Program contents, schedules, and delivery may change as the system is updated.

Not medical advice

Wired2Win is not a medical provider. Nothing on this site or in any program is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing here replaces care from a licensed professional. Consult a physician before beginning any training, nutrition, supplement, or recovery protocol, particularly if you have an existing condition or injury. You participate at your own risk.

No guarantee of results

Performance outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, health, sport, schedule, and coaching environment. Any results described on this site are examples, not promises. We do not guarantee any specific outcome.

Payment, billing, and cancellation

• Fees, billing frequency, and program length are disclosed before enrollment and set out in your enrollment agreement.
• Recurring programs bill automatically until cancelled in accordance with your enrollment agreement.
• Cancellation and refund terms are stated in your enrollment agreement. Absent a written term to the contrary, fees for delivered coaching are non-refundable.

Text messages

If you opt in, we may send you text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Our full SMS terms and conditions apply and are incorporated here.

Intellectual property

All program materials, protocols, videos, documents, and site content are owned by The Playmaker Project and licensed to you for personal, non commercial use during your enrollment. You may not copy, resell, publish, or share them, and you may not share your account access.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site or program materials unlawfully, attempt to breach our systems, scrape the site, or harass other participants or staff. We may suspend or terminate access for violations without refund.

Third party links

The site links to third party services we do not control and are not responsible for.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Playmaker Project is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site or programs. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Assumption of risk

Physical training carries risk of injury. By participating you accept that risk and agree to stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or other warning signs.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
