1. Program description
The Playmaker Project, a California corporation doing business as Wired2Win, operates a text messaging program that sends application follow-up, appointment and call scheduling, reminders, and replies to questions from athletes who have opted in. It is used for conversation and scheduling, not for bulk promotional blasts.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our application or contact form at rewirenervoussystem.com and submitting your mobile number, by texting a keyword to our number, or by giving verbal or written consent to a member of our team. We keep a record of the consent language, the date, and the source.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You can expect roughly 2 to 8 messages per month, and more during an active application or enrollment.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Wired2Win does not charge for the messages themselves.
5. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from us to end the program at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which we will send no further messages unless you opt in again. You can also call (747) 279-4854 during support hours, or email memberservices@rewirenervoussystem.com, to be removed.
6. How to get help
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, email memberservices@rewirenervoussystem.com, or call (747) 279-4854. Phone support is available Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm PT.
7. Supported carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier and network conditions.
8. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

9. Eligibility
You must be the account holder or have the account holder's permission for the mobile number you provide, and you must be at least 18 years old. A parent or legal guardian must provide consent on behalf of an athlete under 18.
10. Changes
We may update these SMS terms. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
